A QUICK NOTE BEFORE BOOKING

⭐️ New & Returning Clients:

If you are a new client, or it has been 1 year or longer since your last appointment, please book First Visit: Consultation + Treatment.

This appointment is required so we can review your current needs, complete an updated assessment, and ensure your treatment plan is appropriate.

⭐️ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that life happens and that plans can change unexpectedly. At the same time, a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a space in the therapist’s schedule that could have been offered to another client.

For this reason, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed or no-show appointments, will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment to the card on file.

This policy applies to all circumstances, including emergencies, and there are no exceptions.

Any outstanding cancellation or missed appointment fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

If you are booking an appointment on behalf of a family member, please create a separate client account for them or add them to your account under ‘Relationships.’

This ensures they receive the appropriate intake forms and appointment communications, and helps keep each client’s information accurate and organized.
