Kendra is a intention-driven, highly engaged massage therapist who specializes in therapeutic deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, scraping, PNF stretching, GTO release, mobility work, chronic pain relief and a sprinkle of relaxation techniques.

During her 13 years of practice she continues to refine her mission to empower each client to prioritize their personal care and self-betterment. Kendra ensures every client receives the approach that’s right for their unique needs — helping them not just feel and move better but restore energy, improve presence, and expand their capacity to show up for what matters most.
